An Overview

City Properties Development (Dugusta) was established in the year 2016 with a focused approach to Quality Affordable Housing on a flexible ownership plan. The first venture of “Al Haseen Residences” was launched in June 2017 and was delivered in May 2020. This was backed by a successful launch of the 2nd project “Al Haseen Residences 2” which was started in December 2020 and completed in January 2023. Both these projects are located strategically in Dubai Industrial City – The City of Future.
